Galatians 6:1:  Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Everyday we are surrounded by imperfect people. The natural (carnal) reaction is to sit back and judge each other, making ourselves look better.  The Bible specifically warns about this kind of judgment.

Matthew 7:
1:  Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2:  For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

We must realize that if we judge one another, we will be judged in the same manner. Instead of recognizing the failures of others, let’s look for opportunities to lift up those who have fallen.  If we are honest with ourselves, we know that we will need compassion at some point in our life.  May we live in such a manner today that others lift us up tomorrow.
